How Credits Work

Credits keep everything simple and predictable across all plans.

1 credit = 1 minute of video

Unused credits carry over as long as your subscription is active

Upgrading keeps all unused credits (no refunds needed)

Example: A 4-minute video uses 4 credits. If you choose to edit that video, editing uses the same number of credits — another 4 credits (total 8 credits).

Rollover & Upgrades: Unused credits carry over while your subscription stays active. If you upgrade, your unused credits carry into the new plan. The old plan ends immediately and is not refunded because credits roll over.

Billing: Charges appear as Red Tree Inc.
