Terms of Service for Golpo AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golpo AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you're using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Golpo AI offers AI-powered video creation, storytelling, and related tools and services ("Services"). Features and functionalities may change, improve, or be updated from time to time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Use our AI tools to generate misleading, hateful, or abusive content

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or block content or users at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Golpo AI—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services (subject to our Privacy Policy).

6. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, and Pricing Acknowledgement

6.1 Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you enroll in a monthly or annual plan. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annual) for the next period unless you cancel prior to renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the Golpo AI dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel an active billing period. For any reason if you have technical difficulty to cancel, it's users responsibility to send an email request to founders@golpoai.com.

6.2 Credits

Your subscription may include usage credits ("Credits"). Credits are used to generate or regenerate videos and other outputs within the Services. Credit amounts and limits depend on the plan shown at the time of purchase.

6.3 Pricing Acknowledgement

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the pricing details shown on our home page (Golpo AI) and proceeded with the purchase based on those displayed terms.

6.4 Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade your plan, you agree that the upgrade does not refund your existing subscription payment. Instead:

• Any remaining eligible Credits may roll over as described in the upgrade flow, and
• A new subscription term begins under the upgraded plan, as presented during checkout or upgrade.

6.5 No Refunds

No refunds will be issued after the billing cycle starts.

7. AI Nature of the Service; Output Variability; Known Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that Golpo AI is an AI-powered tool, and that:

• Each generation may produce a different output, even with similar inputs.
• AI-generated videos may contain minor flaws, including (by way of example) occasional out-of-sync timing, spelling errors, formatting issues, or voice changes mid-video.
• You accept these characteristics as an inherent part of using an AI system.

8. Issue Reporting and Credit Adjustments (No Money Refunds)

If you experience a major issue, you may report it to founders@golpoai.com with sufficient detail to investigate (e.g., project/video link, steps to reproduce, timestamps, screenshots).

Major issues are subject to review at our discretion. If we confirm an eligible major issue, the remedy (if any) may be a Credit refund to your account.

No cash refunds, no payment reversals, and no service extensions are available under this policy.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that outputs will meet your expectations. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golpo AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services, other users, or our operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
