Script editing is available on the Growth plan and above, and it consumes 10% of the overall credit to create the video. For example, if it's a 2-minute video, it will consume .2 after creating the script, and the video will consume 1.8 if you continue to create the video. If you abandon the process or for some reason, the video is not generated, it'll only deduct 10% of the overall credit.

How much credit is consumed to edit a video/storyboard?

Editing a video will consume as much credit as creating the video. So if it's a 2-minute video, editing will deduct 2 credits.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! We offer annual billing with 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount).

Can I use Golpo AI for my team?

Absolutely! We offer team features starting from the Business plan. Business includes 10 team members, and Enterprise supports up to 50 team members. Team features allow collaboration and shared credit pools.

Is there an API available?

Yes. API access is available as an add-on on the Business plan and included on the Enterprise plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your card statement might show a charge from Red Tree Inc., which is the parent company of Golpo AI.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Unused credits will be forfeited upon cancellation.

My video is stuck in processing. What should I do?

Most videos are complete in a few minutes. If it's stuck for over 15 minutes, it might not complete. You can tweak the prompt and regenerate it again. Usually it works in the second trial. If it still does not work, send us the prompt to founders@golpoai.com and we'll look into it. Please note, no credit will be deducted if video fails to create. However, if you generated a script before, 10% of the credit gets deducted for script generation.

My credits didn't update after a render or purchase.

Occasionally there's a short delay. Refresh your home page. If credits are still incorrect after 5 minutes, sign out and back in. Please contact us at founders@golpoai.com if payment is made and credit is not given.

Why is there still a watermark on my video?

Watermarks appear on the Free plan. Starter and above have no watermark by default. If you upgraded, re-generate the video to apply new plan benefits; previously exported files will still contain the watermark.

I uploaded a logo but it's not showing in the video.

Custom logo is available on Business and Enterprise. Ensure your file is PNG/JPEG (under 2 MB) and re-generate the video. You can adjust logo positioning from the editor where available. Logo is also an 'Add-on' feature for the Growth plan.

Voice/language instructions aren't being applied.

Multilingual and voice customization are included on Creator+ (or as a Starter add-on for multilingual). For the Free and starter plan (without the add-on), even if you ask in the prompt to create a video any other language, it'll still be created in English.

Can I edit the script before rendering?

Yes. Script editing is available on the Growth plan and above. You can modify the narration before generating the final video.
