Terms governing your use of Golpo AI for Jira Cloud.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Golpo AI app for Jira Cloud distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace ("Golpo AI for Jira" or "the App"). By installing or using Golpo AI for Jira, you agree to these terms and to our general Terms of Service, which apply to all use of Golpo AI services. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. What the App does

Golpo AI for Jira lets you generate narrated whiteboard-animation explainer videos from Jira issues, projects, and sprints. When you trigger a generation, content you select (issue summaries, descriptions, comments, attachments) is transmitted from your Atlassian site to the Golpo AI service for video generation. The generated video and metadata are returned to your Atlassian site for playback and stored in your Golpo AI account.

3. Golpo AI account and API key

To generate videos, an Atlassian site administrator must configure a Golpo AI API key in the App's Settings page. Issuing and managing that API key requires a separate Golpo AI account, subject to our general Terms of Service and pricing at video.golpoai.com.

The API key authenticates all video generations from your Atlassian site. Anyone with administrator access to the site can configure or rotate the key. You are responsible for keeping the key secret and rotating it if you suspect compromise.

4. Billing and credits

Installation of Golpo AI for Jira via the Atlassian Marketplace is free. Each generated video consumes credits from the configured Golpo AI account. Credits, subscription plans, refunds, and overage handling are governed by our general Terms of Service and pricing page. Atlassian does not bill on behalf of Golpo AI for usage of this App.

5. Data handling and privacy

Data handling, retention, sub-processors, and your rights are described in detail in our Privacy Policy for Atlassian Marketplace Apps. By using the App you agree to the data practices described there.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property, or is harmful, defamatory, or unlawful.
Submit content for generation that you do not have the right to use (including third-party copyrighted material or confidential information you are not authorized to share with a third-party service).
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the App or the Golpo AI API.
Share, sell, or transfer your Golpo AI API key to third parties outside your organization.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or the Golpo AI account if these terms are violated.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time from the Atlassian "Manage apps" page. Uninstalling stops further data transmission from your Atlassian site to Golpo AI. Videos and metadata stored in your Golpo AI account remain until you request deletion.

We may discontinue the App or any of its features with reasonable notice. We may also suspend access where required by law, in response to a security incident, or to enforce these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golpo AI's aggregate liability arising from your use of the App is limited as described in our general Terms of Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL. Material changes will be notified to the admin email on the Golpo AI account or surfaced inside the App. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
