Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key to get started?+
No — every install includes a free starter pool for short videos (30s–1 min). Add an API key for longer videos and ongoing use.
How long does video generation take?+
About 3–35 minutes depending on duration. It runs on Golpo AI servers, so you can close the panel and come back later.
How many languages, voices, and styles are there?+
45 languages, 4 narration voices, and 19 art styles (10 Canvas + 9 Sketch).
What can I attach to a video?+
Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP), video (MP4, MOV, …), documents (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, …), and audio (MP3, WAV, …).
Who configures the API key?+
A site administrator connects it once in the app's settings; after that, everyone on the site can generate without their own key.
