University look, advisor voice
Custom Style saves a named style from an image, a video, or a description under My Styles, then reuses it on the next hold video in Canvas or Sketch. It is on Business and higher plans. Treat it as the university's visual language. It is not pixel-exact branding or exact typography. API use of a saved style also needs API access.
Own Narration lets an advisor's authorized recording drive the visuals, on Business and higher plans. The recording sets the duration and the spoken language. A language setting leaves that audio as recorded, and an audio-only upload stays audio-only. Picture-in-Picture, covered in the Picture-in-Picture guide, is the separate choice when the advisor should remain visible. To generate later scripts in that same authorized voice, use a voice clone with permission, on Business and higher plans.
Another language is another video
Multilingual output is a separate render for each language. Creator and higher plans include it, and Starter has a language add-on. More than 45 languages are listed. Review codes and office titles locally. A variant is not a live lookup in the student information system, and it does not translate an Own Narration recording. - One correction. When an office or code changes, revise the script and generate again if the spoken line is wrong. The first edited version is free across sessions until finalized. That is a new selected-minute charge. If only an on-screen label is stale, frame editing on all paid plans can change the visual. Later versions are charged on the selected duration of that version, and the narration stays as recorded.
- One reuse. Apply the same saved style and advisor voice to the next hold code, or render one reviewed language variant as its own video. Measure whether students reach the right office, and how long the update took.
