Government or standards material can supply a public training source, but do not rewrite guidance into a mandatory internal procedure without an accountable owner.

Create a two-minute orientation for [role] from the attached approved SOP. Preserve every required action in order. State the warning before the risky step. Include the exception path and named escalation owner. Do not add policy, deadlines, guarantees, or consequences absent from the source. End by showing the exact success condition. Use the source title and revision date on the final frame.

Run the test in seven stages

  1. Freeze the approved source and checksum.
  2. Record the plan, tool version, settings, and exact brief.
  3. Save the untouched first output.
  4. Have an operational owner check procedure fidelity.
  5. Have an L&D reviewer check learning clarity and cognitive load.
  6. Measure hands-on work to an acceptable version.
  7. Test the update: change one source step and repeat.
