That 2:10 video uses generated narration and the built-in Illustration Compact style. To put your pharmacist’s delivery and a verified package image on the same explanation, use the same form and these settings:

1. Source. The synchronization enrollment form you already hand out. One logistics topic. Leave anticoagulant counseling and cold-chain exceptions for a later video with their own pharmacist review.
2. Settings. Canvas, Illustration Compact, is the treatment on the 2:10 video: the calendar and the single pickup date stay together. 6. One reuse. Render a separate language variant of the approved sync script for the next language patients ask for at the counter. How do we prevent an old video from surviving a document update?

Link every published video to a source revision in your own system. When the document changes, withdraw the old link there before you regenerate. Golpo does not monitor your labeling system or unpublish videos for you.

Can we personalize a video?

Start from an approved logistics or service document, not a patient record. A workflow you control can merge approved operational fields into a source document, and that document and render still need privacy, accuracy, and pharmacist review. Golpo does not personalize a video from the dispensing system on its own.

Should the video include emergency advice?

Only if that exact routing appears in the approved source. The video must not invent symptoms, thresholds, or recommendations.

What should a pilot measure?

For the first logistics or service video, measure the questions patients still ask and the staff time to produce and review the video, plus review defects and accessibility findings. Adherence and clinical outcomes need their own study.

Does the FIGURE LOCK line check the finished video?

No. It is a sentence in the visual direction, not a validation feature. Compare every figure with the source before you publish. On-screen text from script only limits generated labels to the script. It does not verify the source.

Can the pharmacist's voice be on the video?
